Blue Tiger Eye, also known as Hawk Eye, is a variety of Tiger Eye (a pseudomorph of Crocodolite) that crystallizes in the form of masses. Its color comes from the natural Crocodolite fibers within the stone that has yet to be fully crystallized into Limonite. The color is usually a dark blue and tends to be incredibly chatoyant.
