Cacao Powder is made from finely ground premium organic cacao beans. It is an undutched and non-alkalised cacao powder, with a delicious taste and aroma.
To make cacao powder, seed pods are harvested by hand, broken into small pieces or nibs which are then ground into cacao paste. The paste is pressed to form a cake which is then ground into a fine powder.
